Aamir Khan's latest movie '3 Idiots' got the highest collections so far in the history of Bollywood. Aamir Khan become the first hero to release two 
movies in consecutive years which collected more than 100 crores. Ghazini released in 2008, collected Rs 115 crores just in India and '3 Idiots' collected Rs 198 crores for 50 days. It will collect even more since the movie is still running strong in some of the areas.
Although the makers had a controversy with the writer Chetan Bhagat of '5 Point Someone' who claimed the movie is inspired from his book, collections kept on increasing. The controversy turned out as a good publicity for the movie.
